For the proper functioning of our marketplace, it is important that you know and respect the few rules that we have laid down. These concern the products authorized for sale on our site and the rules of good conduct.
Failure to comply with the rules below will automatically lead to the deactivation of the product sheet concerned and, in the event of repeated breaches, may lead to the permanent closure of the shop of the seller involved.
PRODUCTS AUTHORIZED FOR SALE Only handmade products are authorized for sale. These products must be made in single pieces or in small series.
The sale of products resulting from the assembly or restoration of pre-existing objects is authorized if the creator contributes significantly to its transformation into an original creation. In other words, the product should reflect your personal handiwork, creativity and craftsmanship.
Apart from handmade products, creative supplies and haberdashery items are authorized for sale on our platform. These items are the supplies and materials needed by an artisan to make handmade creations. Books, works, patterns and creation kits, storage items are also allowed. These items may have been handmade by the seller or a third party, and/or have been manufactured industrially.
If you use an image transfer technique on a medium (such as a mug, a t-shirt or a tote bag), you must have created the medium or the image, or both. If you were not the creator of any of the elements composing your product, your article could not be considered as handmade, even if you participate in its manufacture yourself.
Compliance with our intellectual property policy
Items offered for sale on our site must also comply with our intellectual property policy .
PRODUCTS PROHIBITED FOR SALE The following are strictly prohibited for sale on the WOCRAFT marketplace:
- Creations of a pornographic, pedophile, racist nature or calling for hatred , whether racial, religious, ethnic or sexual;
- Creations and products using hazardous materials (toxic substances, gases, flammable or radioactive materials, explosives, etc.);
- Weapons and objects intended to injure people;
- Esoteric products ;
- Products of human origin (teeth, hair, etc.);
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes and e-liquids;
- Articles allowing the consumption of drugs (we tolerate objects related to wine, beer and tobacco) ;
- In general, creations or products that are illicit or counterfeit , or that do not comply with the regulations in force, particularly in terms of safety.
RULES OF GOOD CONDUCT
Some rules to follow on WOCRAFT:
No personal advertising
It is strictly forbidden to indicate in your content published on the site (product sheets, store page, personal profile page, comments on the blog, store or profile banners, product photos, etc.):
- Your personal website
- A shop that you would have on a competing site or all at the online sales site
- A redirection to a URL outside the www.wocraft.com site
We do not ask you for any exclusivity, you are free to sell your creations and products the way you want and where you want. However, you will understand that we do not want our site to be used to promote our competitors.
No customer diversion
In the same way, it is forbidden to offer customers, before or after a purchase, to go directly through your personal site or an online store that you would have on a competing site.
REPORTS
To allow you to sell in the best conditions and as soon as possible, your product sheets are not validated by your team, as are the contents that you publish on the site (presentation of your shop for example). We made this choice to ensure a certain reactivity of the site.
In return, we ask that you carefully read the full Terms and conditions of use of the site, our intellectual property policy and our personal data policy .
In order to guarantee the quality of the offer presented on WOCRAFT, it is important that everyone can tell us if the products do not correspond to what is authorized for sale on the site: prohibited products, counterfeit products in particular. Our team will take care of checking the affected store in its entirety and taking the appropriate measures.
How to report a product or a shop?
If you notice prohibited content on the site, we invite you to report it to us as follows:
- Either by clicking on the button report this product that exists in the product sheet, then fill in your message and send your report by clicking on the validation button
- Either by contacting our service from our contact page, Send notifies us of your request by indicating the link to the product sheet in the body of the message.
What do we do after a report?
Within a maximum period of 30 days after the report, we will carry out a complete control of the reported store and all the product pages of this one.
We will systematically carry out a complete check of the store even if the report concerns only one file.
If we find from our first research that the report is justified, the store will be temporarily unavailable to buyers. We will then invite the owner of the shop to send us his comments or documents to justify himself.
At the end of our control operations on the store, and depending on the seriousness of the facts, the reported store will either be reopened without the disputed product sheets, or permanently closed.
