WOCRAFT is an online sales platform, accessible from the website www.wocraft.com , a service offered by HIGH DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD.
WOCRAFT is committed to protecting the privacy of Site users, Buyers and Sellers registered on the Site and the confidentiality of information provided by Users through the Site.
All information collected from Users in the context of their use of the Site and/or their registration and/or the opening by the Sellers of their virtual online store is held by WOCRAFT to be confidential.

WOCRAFT does not collect Buyer's bank card details which are processed directly by our financial partner Stripe & Paypal, a secure web payment infrastructure ensuring PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance of your transactions (PCI certified structure of level 1).
You agree to provide WOCRAFT with accurate and up-to-date Personal Data. In the event of a breach of this commitment, WOCRAFT cannot be held responsible. WOCRAFT reserves the right to question your liability for any damage that may result.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND DURATION OF STORAGE
Purposes of processing
The Personal Data collected is used exclusively for the products and services offered on the Site, to the exclusion of any other.
The information you provide on the Site allows WOCRAFT to:

In addition, each Seller authorizes WOCRAFT to retouch the photos of the products that he has put online in his shop in order to optimize their visibility or their referencing. The Seller also accepts that WOCRAFT promotes certain products that it has put up for sale on any medium of its choice (Platform, blog, newsletter, written press, emailing, etc.).
In general, the content published by Members on the Site (presentation of the virtual store and of the Seller, description of the products offered for sale and photos posted on the Site by the Sellers, evaluations and comments left by the Buyers , …) may be consulted by all Users of the Site. Nevertheless, Sellers have deactivation options in the administration tools of their virtual store.
Treatment
The Personal Data collected is subject to automated processing for technical and statistical purposes in the context of the management of the Site, customer accounts and virtual shops, and in general for the improvement of products and services. offered on the Site.
