MOROCCAN THEIERE WITH RAFFIA HANDLE

Traditional teapot in maillechort with anse in raphia for making your Moroccan mint tea.

Pour two small spoons of green tea into your teapot and add boiling water. Infuse it, then empty the tea, so that the bitter taste disappears. Make the tea again in this same teapot, with mint and sugar, and pour hot water into it. Leave to infuse for about five minutes.
